The UPSL was formed in 2011 and currently includes more than 350 teams nationwide. The UPSL is the largest Pro Development League in North America. Each UPSL team is individually owned and operated. 

New team membership applications are currently being accepted.

• The UPSL operates under the sanctioning of U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF). All UPSL Member Teams are eligible to compete in the qualifying rounds of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.
